Dry times vary, but a warm house with good airflow typically dries in about 12-24 hours.  We recommend opening windows and utilizing fans if weather allows. 

Although it's best to wait until carpets are dry, we understand that may be hard to do. We recommend wearing house slippers, disposable booties, or clean socks around the house. Your fur babies and children can walk or crawl safely on your newly cleaned carpet as soon as you wish.

We ask that you please vacuum ahead of time and have areas that you want to be cleaned free of clutter. Typically, our clients will leave heavy and large furniture items where they are and stack smaller items on top.

Each home or business will vary, but in general, we start by spraying the appropriate detergent needed to break down dirt and stains. We then use our truck mounted hot water extraction unit to rinse and remove unwanted oils and dirt. We use specialized stain removers and deodorizers as needed to bring your flooring to it's greatest potential.
